Kundalini is experienced as an opening: into a new reality; to psychic gifts, but also of a Pandora’s box of unresolved horrors from the unconscious – individual and collective.
This presentation will consider how this opening can be understood in psychological terms, and explore its potential for healing (of the unresolved material) and for growth.

Isabel Clarke, a consultant clinical psychologist in the NHS, has published and presented extensively on the psychology of spirituality.
