My experience of kundalini began over 25 years ago. Long aware of past lives during which we make both bad and good karma that must return to us, I saw one day that rather than wait for future 'payback' of bad karma, no matter how watered down it would be, I could get it over and done with right away, as it were. Enthusiastically I punched the air saying 'Go for it!' I expected that this event would occur at the end of the day during meditation where I waited, watching the activity of the mind. As nothing happened after a goodly time, I got up to go to bed. Suddenly there was a rush of energy up the spine into the brain and I was thrust into and through the most 'black blackness' ever to find myself beneath a beautiful, purifying 'waterfall'. When it ceased, I had only moments to wonder what had happened when the first of my episodes as seen on the video began. Over the years, I have had episodes on a daily basis, often several, lasting quite some time. The video doesn't capture the intense build up of fear that precedes wave after wave that 'strike' various areas that correspond to chakra positions, often meeting blocks such as in the neck. There is a brief 'breather' between each 'strike'. The episodes range from uncomfortable to painful and have varied over the years. When they are over, I adjust back to everyday life, sometimes feeling drained, sometimes refreshed. While this has been/is tough I none the less trust in the process, knowing it is ultimately for the best. – Terry Sandy
